Ottai Continuous Glucose Monitoring System is a clinically certified 14-day glucose monitor. Ottai adopts an assembly-free, all-in-one design, the device can be used without accessories. Notice: Even if the Ottai CGM device is stored at the minimum storage temperature or maximum storage temperature, there is no need to warm up the device to be ready for intended use when the ambient temperature is 20°C. However, for your comfort and the best performance of the device, we recommend you rest the device for about 10 minutes and let the device temperature restore to room temperature before use if stored in minimum storage temperature.

xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Press the applicator firmly against your upper arm to apply the device. The process is quick, simple, and designed to be painless.

Will I receive 12 CGMs in one time?
Yes, we can send them all at once, or 4 at a time. Please rest assured that our shelf life is up to date and fully covers your usage cycle.
FINDING THE RIGHT SENSOR APPLICATION SITE
Our Sensor is designed to be applied to the rear of the upper arm for the best experience. We advise against applying the sensor on your abdomen, thigh, buttocks, back, or areas where excessive daily activities or movements may cause the Sensor to fall off.
Please avoid using body lotions or creams in the area, as they may interfere with readings and impair the Sensor's adhesion. Select a smooth skin area free from birthmarks, stretch marks, scars, or lumps, at least one inch away from where you usually inject your insulin.
